PARTNERSHIP TO FUND PROVEN PROGRAMS
Employing the Partnership to Fund Proven Programs model, we use philanthropic matching dollars as an incentive for state and local governments to support the expansion of social programs proven to produce important gains in educational/economic mobility and other life outcomes.
DISASTER
The Duke Endowment, as part of its mission to improve life in the Carolinas, provides assistance to communities in North Carolina and South Carolina in the wake of major natural disasters.
OTHER
The Duke Endowment makes additional investments beyond its grantmaking program areas in order to respond and adapt to meet changing needs.
Zero to Eight
The Duke Endowment is focusing on early childhood as a way to produce greater impact across our grantmaking and provide for better and more equal opportunity for children and families.
